Well, that is not an easy question. But to over-simplify it, here is my attempt. It primarily involves Tort Law, Lien/Property Law, Health Insurance Law, Automobile Insurance Law and Contract Law. There are overlaps with State and Federal Laws in many cases. Sometimes other areas of law find their way in such as Tax Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. There are so many facets to a personal injury matter and every case is truly unique. This is what makes the personal injury practice so interesting: one never fully knows what is going to apply to a case ahead of time and one must always be ready for whatever may come. What more could you want?
